About Natashe
Counsellor and Psychotherapist
Natashe is a counsellor and psychotherapist, and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Natashe completed her training in "Integrative Counselling" at Leeds Beckett University. This means Natashe has been trained in multiple therapeutic models (including CBT, psychodynamic, existential, and person-centered) with the aim of being skilled in integrating their components together to create a unique therapy for each client. This ensures the work Natashe does is tailored to every individual and encompasses as much of their life and personality as possible.
Natashe also works on NHS projects working with those affected by COVID-19, either through bereavement, those working through the pandemic, or affected in some way by COVID-19. Alongside her NHS and private work, Natashe has an active role in the charity sector.
Natashe has a particular interest in working with anxiety, menopause, bereavement, loss of relationships, job or self, self-worth, low mood and generally feeling sad. Natashe also has a special interest in supporting women emotionally whilst they navigate their way through the psychological symptoms that often accompany menopause.
Natashe aims to provide a safe and confidential environment that will help you to create a deeper understanding of yourself.
Please note, Natashe is currently only offering remote sessions at this time.
